Hiya Dubs... as they've woken me to do 'obs' I can tell you...

Not too bad but probably due to the 'good stuff' medications πŸ€ͺπŸ’‰

Feeling eventually returned to my legs around 11pm and could wiggle my toes, etc (op was done using spinal anaesthesia, not a general).

Won't be a great night as have to sleep on back with a great big foam thing between my legs... ooh matron! Plus I've got some things on lower legs that are continually inflated and deflated to help circulation... oh and a catheter!!

I think the physio will be round in the morning to get me up, on my feet and doing some exercises... they don't hang around.

Thanks for thinking of me mate, that's lovely. You take care of yourself too Dr D. πŸ’›πŸ’š

Night night... until the next rude awakening by the nurse πŸ˜…
