midfield of Carrick/Lampard/Gerrard/Cole/Beckham
With Carrick in Gerrard & lampard free to attack, and together with Cole and a striker that ought to be able to score a few goals.
Basically as a nation we have a dodgy bunch of strikers but an excellent pool of midfielders. Looks like teh formation will recognise that. Get your best players on the pitch - not second rate strikers just because they're strikers.
