Succession planning

Dowell (24)
Sinani (25)
Sargent (22)
Nunez (22)

The growing understanding between these players (and Gibbs) looks great. They all look capable of scoring too... Which I think was the hope last year (to get more from midfield, to take the pressure off Pukki).

Sinani, in particular, having had a year at this level, looks right at home and Dowell has shown again that he has the passing to unlock defences.

Onel looks great as an impact sub, and if cantwell can get some more space as teams mark the other AMF could see him playing a role too.

We do still need a Skipp-like anchor (hopefully Hayden or Sara or Sorenson or some combo).

The squad size and depth should give Smith the chance to keep players on their toes and fresh, but I'd like to see that Sargent/Sinani/Dowell cluster being given time to develop as they do seem to be showing the signs of real understanding (which will be key)
