I had things to do this afternoon, so missed any coverage of the first half. Couldn’t have cared less. I listened to the second half but with little emotion. Felt nothing when Nunez scored, and just went “meh, whatever” when FT whistle came and we’d lost. The whole thing was so predictable, I had mentally written the match report yesterday. Same boring s**t every week. Same players. Same outcome. (Nunez does seem to be a genuine ray of sunshine. But it’s going to take more than that.)
