Characteristics of a good coach
I thought about this a while ago and I think there are five key metrics (beyond results which will depend on how good the players are relative to the teams they are playing).
1. Changes things with substitutions - no evidence of smith doing this
2. Doesn't concede many from set pieces - another fail here
3. Scores from set pieces - got one today maybe not down to smith
4. Late goals - no?
5. Changes things with tactical switches -maybe Smith has done this?
