Make the playoffs. We need a new manager who can make decent championship squad play at least mid table. Smith cannot. Anyone playing Kenny McLean in front of the back four is obviously clueless. The players don't know what to do and are psychologically weak. Smith was a terrible hire, villa would have gone nowhere if they didn't have grealish.
