As for infrastructure spend, you'll find that the stadium is owned by local authorities and that improvement costs are mostly borne by them.
If you bother to dig a little deeper you might even discover that a local sales tax was used to fund repairs and THIS IS IMPORTANT build up a reserve for future spend.

In short, show me any material figures to back up your belief that Attanasio has spent "Multi millions" on infrastructure.
