One thing that jumps out is how well we were supported relative to other teams in this period.
In the subsequent 35 years most of the clubs on that list have expanded their ground capacities and are arguably still supported proportionately to 1986/87, albeit with vastly increased averages.
I think this yet again shows that we are limited by the ground capacity at Carrow Road - if 10,000 seats were added I honestly think we would fill them
