Henderson has been around the first team for about 4 years and has only started about 3 games up front in that time. He just isn't going to get a chance so he may as well leave.

Crow on the other hand was only 17 and already had a better physique. Worthington could have at least kept him, played him out of position for a few years to destroy his confidence and then released him. That would have been a bit more his style.
