What I find hardest to swallow is our wholesale appointment of Gloucestershire's coaching team (when they've been rubbish for years) and then seeing our team's performances collapse.

Finding a young and promising coach to match the (seemingly) good raw talented youngsters on the books was needed a couple of years ago - a necessity now.

Only D'oli and Cox left to shepherd them through now.

And Barnard is a real loss (as Mo isn't likely to play much county stuff) - big Big talent.
