Nero has two options
full on (still simple) and the dummy version. VERY easy.
More important is good quality DVD R's however. If you're trying to copy commercial DVD's you'll be out of luck without some work. You'll need to beat the encrption (easy) and dump some of the language / menu options to get the DVD to under 4.7gb
