In June 1994 Jones had 26,100 shares (17%)
He resigned from the Board in Dec 1995
In July 1997 Jones had just 1,200 shares (which, I believe, he still holds)

As Jones was being blocked from the board it looks like he sold up, to either D&M or Foulger

I do not believe that Watling bought both Chase & Jones' shares, as the figures don't add up.
