It all depends on whether its tied up in some form of wider deal really
If they are just a like for like replacement for Foulger then its really not that exciting although I suppose they bring fresh ideas and commercial acumen to the boardroom.
As you say any financial benefit goes to Foulger.
If, however, they are only buying Foulger out because they are being given some assurances/options to purchase extra capital if it all goes well then its more exciting, albeit typical of our club that we even have to do a takeoever in a cautious manner!
