Right at the start of March. Deal now complete end May. So that one took approx 3 months. Then again, some pretty exceptional circumstances around it, so may not be representative.

Very hard to put a timeline on our one without some knowledge. We don’t know how far along the process is. Have they already been talking and exchanging information remotely for a couple of months? Sounds like people are signalling 17/6 as some sort of key announcement date, so it could be they’ve been talking a while, and we are in the final stages of negotiations, due diligence and documentation.
