We have had some complete numpties making decisions for the last few years

Both Ashley Giles and Chris Silverwood were shocking appointments who made bad decision after bad decision, coupled with Root who was a dreadful captain. Every confidence that we will start to see improvement pretty quickly. Simple things, pick you best available team for every match and give the game of test cricket the respect it deserves
