Experience may not mean 200 games at premier League level

It could be older players whit just more footballing experience. A groups of young players with little or no league experience however doesnt seem to be a great recipe for success.

Difficult to build for the Orem when in the champ, and you can't turn down the opportunity of a loan like Skipp if it comes along. Needs to be a balance though
