Yeah that's what I mean about the governance

I don't trust the board / Delia and MWJ to hold him to account for his performance and strive for continued improvement. But that should and would be private anyway.

We would have that issue regardless of whether we had webber or someone else though. And I think we're likely better having Webber than whoever else it might be.
