Steve Foley
Steve Foley going is absolutely the right decision - why? Because the guy had given up on new ideas and has let Worthy bully him. A weakness on his behalf ? Maybe, but I have spoken to him on a number of occasions and his whole demeanour was of one who had given up. Why don't the team train at Carrow Road , "oh we've tried that" Why don't you train for set peices "oh we've tried that. Why don't you try this or that "Oh we've tried that".
It was a stale conversation, it was lacking motivation and yes he is a nice person and a good guy but he was past his sell buy date. The new coach must stand up to Worty and insist on trying new things, be innovative and not be afraid to fail occasionally i.e. let's get at teams, pass through their midfield and commit their defence. (a right winger would help) Who do we replace him with? I don't know but it will be better for a change I have no doubt.
