You're being a bit off today.

Placheta could not fit in a formation with Cantwell and Buendia coming in and the full backs pushing on. That team, when fit and winning were telepathic. Placheta was signed for a different way of playing that Farke did not implement. Its not that he wasn't good enough, Farke stuck to one way of playing and if possible made subs on 82, 86 and 90 mins. Personally I think he's been a bit ruined, but equally it's Smith playing him in the PL but Farke who wasn't in the Champs so you comparing things that don't compare?

Lungi played a lot in the champs... yes he did. At left back when our only on loan left back was injured. When we got a left back again he couldn't find his way past McLean and Skipp. Again, this was all under Farke. No he hasn't had much of a look in under Smith wither which is irritating to believers in his ability but maybe his early experiences with us have ruined him a bit.
