I worked with someone whose house was used in an episode.

At the time they were selling the house to the brother of a friend of mine. As part of the plot Anglia TV ripped out some bushes. This annoyed my mates brother. He complained to the owner for allowing “his” garden to be destroyed and wanted to pay a lower price for the property only to be told that as the TV company had planted them they could do what they like!
