I cancelled this year
On the most basic internet and "freeview-ish" package. They doubled the price so ended up getting an internet only service.
Long and short of it from the cancellation/redemption people I spoke to was that they can't offer a decent deal until you actually cancel. When my cancellation was done they phoned quite a bit with different deals that were far better than what the original retention people offered.
Whole thing was annoying and a pain in the arse. Didn't take them up on the offers, had already gone with another provider and resent having to play the games and sit on hold to get it sorted.
