And being on the hook for the club's multimillion pound liabilities is pretty meaningless when the club's assets can cover any shortfall (even if it means winding us up if things go wrong)
Probably only cos they're fans that they think that that stuff counts for anything.
(Apols for the sarcasm, but the idea that our owners are some kind of freeloaders when you have richer owners, like Burnley's or the Glazers whose whole model is to milk the fans to buy back the assets of the club for themselves really p!sses me off)
