From what I've seen this year I'd have said it would look more like this

Rashica PLM Dimi( or Dowell)

the "sending a message" thing could be right, but he seems to have been doing that with his erratic team selections all year and it's just seemed to make the squad confused about what everyone's role is and whether he rates them or not.
