One thing I've thought about over the last two PL Debacles

We talk a lot about the playing squad but we don't discuss the broader coaching team. I felt that Farke and co went into the PL the first time with zero knowledge of the league, and yet we hoped we'd get by with Webber's Wisdom and a bit of player experience. And same again this time. Surely a little bit of nous on the coaching team would have helped.
