Farke understood and connected with the fanbase
I’m convinced that this is almost as important as having a footballing brain and the benefit of experience when it comes to managing the club.
Smith has looked like a fish out of water since he arrived when it comes to the fans snd Shakespeare is even worse.
A dreadful decision to release Farke imho.
