McNally left us with debt but plenty of assets to clear it and rebuild (no mean feat, so kudos SW)

Webber hasn’t increased debt but has he left us with saleable assets? I hope Tzolis etc come good but if they *don’t* then Webber has cost us as much(/more) financially with his transfers than McNally did with the debt/onerous contracts.

(the other point is they are different roles so how much of the off field gains are actually down to Webber and how much of the Maddisons etc were down to McNally is an open question)

Whether we are in a better spot now than when Webber arrived idk, but I do think Webber has done bloody well to keep us punching above our weight.
