Oddly I don't think we do on a technicality.

We started in the Prem so upon relegation our relegations will always be one more than promotions and then on subsequent promotion we reach parity.

So now 6 relegation, 5 promotions.

I think West Brom are the opposite. Started out of the Premier so are always 1 ahead upon promotion. I believe they are now at 5 promotions, 5 relegations so will become the most promoted club if they go in next year and we down.

Fulham are then behind them on 4 promotions and 3 relegations I think.

Watford on 4 and 4 (assuming they're already down bar the technicalities)
