Webber really needs to hold his hands up to the mistakes he's made

If he shows a bit of humility and commitment to the cause, I think the vast majority of fans will be right back behind him and the club next season.

Hopefully he can put his ego to one side and take full responsibility for the debacle of this season, and work with Smith to bring in some more suitable players for him to work with.
