I'd scrap bank holidays full stop

just give each employee the equivalent number of days as a holiday entitlement to be used whenever.

*especially* scrap the enforced Xmas/Boxing day s**te. If it falls on a mid-week day I absolutely want the excuse to be at work and away from the bickering and in-laws.
