He's done a lot better in a CDM two with Normann than in the 4-3-3

he knows what he's doing in a 4-2-3-1, having played in it a lot. All at sea with a seemingly undefined role on the left of the 4-3-3, and even worse when he appeared to be playing as a 10 a couple of times.
