Haven't tried there on a Sunday...
But last midweek game I went to it was all permit only with some areas OK after 1830.
Seemed to be less available but don't know what Sunday's conditions are.
City Hall seems all weird now that the multistorey bit has been built but is where I've parked this season... usual pain getting out though.
Worth trying Europa Way, just off of Martineau Lane, if you're there early enough.
