Pure Energy went pop

I haven't been on a fix for years tbf. Pure had a sensible pricing model (and green energy etc) so was happy to support a local business.

and by the time Pure went pop, fixes on offer weren't competitive vs the likely April cap rise and ofc no-one foresaw Ukraine which is why the market is so bonkers currently and why the Oct cap rise will be higher than expected (Note: Don't rule out Govt intervention, that rise is going to be politically brutal ahead of a possible Spring GE so they will do something to soften the blow)

the market has been such that you'd have been damned if you fixed, damned if you didn't.
