Need to have a Hussain/Fletcher style partnership

Clear vision from the top - choose the captain based on who has the vision to implement it.

Could be Woakes - not sure he's got the captaincy experience, but might have the nouse - I was mainly just trying to put paid to the argument that there's no captaincy experience available. There's loads.
