It was obvious weber had lost it completely

When he sacked DF, having just given him an extended contract, and (I still can't quite get over this bit) having no f**king replacement lined up. He got lucky (!) with deansmith.

But .... if we get rid of weber, who's had a mare.... who the hell picks his replacement?!
