I agree with this

I think VAR is boring pinickity nonsense. I'd much rather live with a bit of human error one way or the other. And in any event, VAR often seems to end up with wrong/questionable decisions, so it's not even brought about absolute fairness and accuracy. As you say, the whole 'infringing toenail' approach to offside is enough to put me off watching.
