I have a theory about Normann

their is a very good footballer trying to get out but two things

He is injury prone so misses games and also it takes him a run of games to produce his best performances , then he gets injured , then it takes him a good run of games to produce his best performances ... and repeat

Its just my theory , mine alone just the impression i get
