I'd like to see more PLM

At his absolute best Kenny is a mediocre midfielder.

He should only be getting near a Premier League 11 due to injury.

I'd honestly be disappointed if he's anywhere near it next year.

For me, the most prominent example of Webbers poor recruitment.
