Thoughts on the game,

Williams was brilliant, had Salah figured out after 10mins or so and kept him quiet until he switched sides with Diaz.

Sargent worked so hard, so much running to help defensively. Looked shot but the time he came off

Rashica is so good, such a threat down the wing, nice for him to finally get a goal, as fortuitous as it was.

Pukki looks a shadow of the player he was. We desperately need to replace him come the end of the season, whatever league we are in.

As a team we played well, defended well and created some decent chances. Again momentary lapses in concentration at both ends defined the result. Shame but against the top sides you can’t give them anything.

A few good positives to take again, although I think it’s too late now for us to stay up. Wonder what would have happened had Smith been in charge from the start of the season.
