Youre missing the point

the fact is that he has had much MUCH more than any other city manager. As a result you would expect his league finishes to be much higher. Im not trying to focus on individual poor buys, but overall *with some obvious exceptions* the bigger picture shows that he has not been successful to the level that most would expect.
