Worthy's contract.

Here's what the board should do. As I understand it, Worthy's contract as well as the coaching staff are on a rolling 12 month basis meaning that if they ever want to sack them they need to pay them 12 months salary. In my view it should be clear to Delia and the board that this season Worthy has not performed as he should and as a consequence of this they should give him twelve months notice now to end his contract. This would be on the understanding that if in this time he turns it around then they can re-negotiate another deal when the twelve months are up or alternatively, if things don't improve then they can sack him and pay him what was left of the twelve month period in wages. I know it will never happen as the board have become too close to Worthy but at least this would appease the majority of fans who want him out and make him realise that he is accountable for his actions which at the moment he is clearly not. We can but dream..................................
