Most Newcastle fans I know are generally sound but the media love in for the club is irritating. Yes, “big” in terms of ground but haven’t won sod all for decades. There are other clubs lower down the leagues who may have slightly smaller stadia (40,000 rather than 52,000 say£ with just as much distant “history” who get a fraction ot the media love
