Perhaps he should have just brought on Byram for Aarons

Aarons wasn't getting beyond the half way line all game, and Byram is the better 1v1 defender, so it might have helped.

I think the defence was pretty solid apart from at RB. Palace didn't create many clear chances from open play, especially given how little protection there was midfield, and how we were unable to relieve the pressure.
