I don't see much future at the moment

I agree on Dixon, in recent games he's looked capable of being decent next season.

But we have too many players at the moment who are on modest contracts and are frankly not good enough for where we should be aiming. As a yardstick this season I look at the West Ham game in the cup, they looked light years ahead of us and we've not moved on to a level where we could even consider cutting it at the top level should it ever come around again.
