Just f**k off!

I've never ever left before the lap of 'honour' in any of the last 10 seasons I've been a season ticket holder. That is, despite some very, very poor seasons combined with some of the teams that have been served up for us. We had to make of it what we could given our resources back then.

I chose to do so today. That does not however make me any less of a 'true' supporter. Expectations were rightly high at the beginning of the season, but players have not performed, the manager has displayed an alarming level of ineptitude and lack of tactical know-how, we've spent more money than ever before, yet here we are in 9th place. That quite simply, is not good enough.

If I'd have stayed, as a 'true' supporter, I would have given some of them the bird and deservedly so, given the failure to deliver on the whole.

I chose not to do that, despite having every right to do that. Despite my anger and disappointment I would never do that as I love my team too much. There are other ways of expressing your disgust and disappointment. I'm sure I was not in the minority.

Worthy- don't you f**king dare accuse me of not being a true supporter, you f**kwit. If I decide not to stay and applaud and endorse a thoroughly disappointing season that is my prerogative. Do not interpret that in any other way.

As for you, you dick, I applaud every single player who gives 100%, off the pitch at every game I go to. Just like a true supporter would. I don't have to stay after the final game for a lap of honour to do that again.
