I think Worthy is primarily to blame...

and should have been sacked ages ago. However the effort of some of the players this season has been nothing short of a disgrace in many matches. How do you work out that they 'deserve' anything? They should be thankful that most of them are taking home more in a week than many people will earn in a year.
