The cap works in the NFL because all owners can afford to fund the same salary pot.

You wouldn’t get that in the EPL with relegation as owners wouldn’t risk it.

A cap wouldn’t benefit us as we couldn’t afford to reach the cap that everyone else would be working to, especially with relegation risk.
