Seriously though

The older people get yes they are more mature in some respects, but they are stubborn and difficult in others

One person I've seen fired recently spent most of the last 7 years gaslighting or starting arguments then run to higher management screaming victim (over 50)

2 others over 50 have made regular homophobic/transphobic/racist comments but were only let go on technical mistakes which comprimised clients or customers.

Management jump from job to job screwing up until they go off with mental health issues even though it's known they are travelling to the US round the same time

One person played the back injury bulls**t recently and had 2 weeks off, desk adjustment, expensive equipment ordered. 2 weeks later they're back being loud as f**king and doing star jumps (had a bad back for over 20 years, never been off for 2 weeks, f**ks me off when c**ts pretend)

Too many to mention of folk who are the last to wash their hands, claim covid is just the flu, who suddenly fancy 10 days off
