One of the biggest positives

Yesterday could ha e been toxic had Everton got an early goal, but we started with real purpose and commitment and the two quick goals just lifted everyone - I wasn’t there, but the atmosphere sounded brilliant on the radio. We’ve missed that. Last time I I was at CR (for the man United game) it seemed pretty flat despite a pretty good performance (albeit one that ended in an undeserved loss). Yesterday it sounded like the ground was rocking - the primal roar after the second goal sounded enormous on the radio. The players did their best to get the crowd on side and the crowd responded and backed the team until the bitter end. How it should be.

And yes, I’m still buzzing - had forgotten what a PL win felt like!
