I do feel a little irked myself

As it does now appear he's downed tools, refused to sign a new contract, caused huge friction and forced this through. To me shows a lack of respect to the club that invested, nurtered, developed him and gave him his chance. There's the added spice of him being a local lad.

I have massive respect and good wishes for the likes of James Maddison, Jamal Lewis, Ben Godfrey etc who showed great character and performed right up to their last game which ensured we got the best possible fees and they could leave with their heads held high. I won't feel that way about Todd.

I do stand to be corrected.
