Just back. Few thoughts

Positives were that we improved with Pukki and Rashica on. They are the only ones who really looked a class above like prem players do. Perhaps Williams to a degree as well. In that position you just know Pukki will find the right cutback, unlike 90% of our players.

The other positive is my son finally saw a win this season snd also my youngest went to his first game snd liked it too. So all in all I had a good day out despite the performance.

But god that was cr*p.

As always it mainly comes down to the midfield for me. Just so vanilla. No strong, defensive presence and no playmaker to put his foot on the ball. If Webber can sit there watching that and not think/see we need s midfield signing this window then frankly he’s a complete idiot.

Disappointingly ineffectual from
Tzolis again. Dimi the fall guy again. Sorensen a bit of a disappointment in that role today and PLM is rubbish.

Sargent - I keep waiting for his day but I can only now conclude it’s never going to come. He will do some stuff that looks great sometimes in the build up but when it comes to the key moments he just finds a way to make a complete hash of it every time.
